17 Seconds Records

About 17 Seconds Records

17 Seconds Records was set up in order to undermine society, corrupt youth and bring civilisation to its' knees.

OK, so that's not strictly true. 17 Seconds Records was set up, as a result of two blokes living in and around the east coast of Scotland, by the names of Ed and Laurent. The discussion started over coffee one morning in August 2008, and snowballed from there. We are helped in our mission by the long-suffering and hard-working Scott.

The aim is to put out records by bands we like, with the aim of helping deserving artists get their music out there.

Our first signing, in September 2008, was Edinburgh legends Aberfeldy.  This was followed by X-Lion Tamer, The Gillyflowers and Escape Act.

What about us?
