Favourite Films: Withnail & I, If..., The Shawshank Redemption, and pretty much anything Alfred Hitchcock did (though not his comedies). Martin Scorcese, Tim Burton and Fritz Lang also rate highly amongst my favourite directors.
Favourite writers: Jonathan Coe, Christopher Brookmyre, Joolz Denby, E.M. Forster, Zadie Smith, George Orwell
Favourite Music: The Cure, David Bowie, Kate Bush...this is the tip of a very big iceberg...
Drink: Coffee. Black, strong and not too hot. Generally anything black, sugarfree and full of caffeine is good (probably not good for me, but hey...)
Food: Italian, Indian (vegetarian, naturally)
Vinyl or CD: Duh!...Vinyl, obviously
Likes: walks with my wife, playing with our cats, reading the Guardian and talking about music. Meeting people for coffee. Talking about any of the interests on this page.
